Wayne Anglin has been bringing authentic Caribbean flavour to the 905 since 2020 — and the lineups haven't stopped since. Cooking out of his home kitchen in York Region, Wayne marinates everything from scratch using recipes rooted in tradition, cooked low and slow over real flame.
His jerk is the kind you don't forget. Five trips to Jamaica and people still say Wayne's is better. His curry goat and curry chicken are fall-off-the-bone tender, packed with the kind of warmth and depth that only comes from someone who genuinely loves to feed people.
